Define your digital strategy
- The discovery above informs us of the type of website you need right now and what it could become in the near future. Based on your business plans and ambitions, we can define what your search engine optimisation (S.E.O) and social media campaign will look like. We’ll also look at how to implement the S.E.O and social media campaign. We’ll discuss if this should be done in-house (by you) or if this should be handled by a third party.

- Based on your newly defined strategy, you can now make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Agree on timescales
- We discuss delivery timescales. How long it will take for us to deliver your solution.
- We discuss the part we need you to play, such as providing content and images. (or if we need to do this for you)
Design your website
- You tell us what kind of website you want. You can give us some examples of websites you like.
- If you have no idea, we can provide you with a handful of the top websites in your industry to borrow ideas from.
First Draft: Build in beta
- We’ll build the landing page plus 1 info page to get started. We’ll show you how it looks and feels.
Amendments and changes
- At this point you can tell us if you want changes made to it.
Website sign off
- Once the changes have been made, you can take another look and sign it off when happy.
Launch the website
- We are ready for launch. All systems go.
Maintenance
- If you’ve opted for this service, we’ll continue to monitor the website for malicious attacks and hacks.
- We’ll keep the website and any plugins updated.
- We’ll make up to 2 amendments each month. (*minor changes only: Major amendments will carry a charge)
* Amendments such as colour scheme changes and changes to form fields etc are covered. Amendments such as adding a completely new function such as shopping cart, or changing the entire layout of the website will incur a charge.
